Hey-o I used to own a server myself and I thing I remember from me days was to set the loading screen (The screen that pops up when downloading and sending client info) It's easy just do sv_loadingurl "https://falsedawn.mistforums.com/" (You can do any link that is just the forum link so that's what I used) In the server.cfg file (The one that has like the server name/password/rcon password) Ya don't have to do it just letting ya know.
